 Hi, I am Amisha! I am a fitness coach who specializes in pre/postnatal and peri/menopause exercise, online and based in Houston, TX. 

I offer support to people who are trying to navigate fitness during seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond. 

I also work with people who are experiencing pelvic floor symptoms with exercise regardless of whether they have had a baby.

I believe EVERY body deserves to move their bodies in ways that feel good and support current life circumstances 

I get it, exercise during major life transitions can be so challenging to navigate

→It may feel like no one understands what you are going through or how to help you continue or begin exercising 

→Maybe you are exhausted/nursing/ anxious/peeing on yourself during workouts/having hot flashes/experiencing brain fog

→You might feel like you are living in a body you do not recognize

→Maybe you have been told things like

  • Just do what you have always done
  • Don’t lift over 20 pounds
  • Peeing on yourself is just a part of being a mom (sigh)
  • Women should slow down/stop lifting weights as they age

A big change I have noticed is that I have completely changed and relaxed my mental approach to fitness and my relationship with my body. I have a much healthier approach now thanks to Amisha's support and advice. Another big change is I feel a lot more connected to my body than I did previously thanks to the breathing exercises Amisha showed me.

  1. Semi-Private Weight Training For Women– for women who want to get stronger in a small group gym setting
  2. Semi-Private Postpartum Strength and Pelvic Floor Training– 8 week small group for postpartum moms
  3. Stroller Club– 8 week outdoor strength and cardiovascular workout for pregnant  and postpartum people
Personal training for a pregnant client. The client is about 35 weeks pregnant and doing a step down exercise outside off of a 45 pound plate
