My online personal training programs are for people who:

  • Want to work out from the comfort of their homes but with the guidance of a coach
  • Already go to the gym but are unsure of what to do once there
  • Are parents in need of workouts that work for their current life stage

Programs are tailored to fit your fitness level, goals, and individual considerations.

 Amisha specializes in exercise during pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause, so these programs are safe for people who want to work out during these stages or who experience pelvic health symptoms with exercise. 

These programs are perfect for you if you want to:

  • Continue or start working out during pregnancy
  • Build strength and stability postpartum
  • Navigate exercise during the menopause transition (perimenopause/menopause/post-menopause)
  • Figure out how to minimize pelvic health symptoms such as stress-induced incontinence, diastasis recti, prolapse or pelvic pain. 

You will gain; confidence in yourself, trust that your body is capable, strategies to fall back onto and a program that is both sustainable and brings you joy.

*It is not necessary to have ever been pregnant or given birth

Option 1: Base Program

This is for self-motivated exercisers

who want to follow an expertly 

designed training program

 

→3-MONTH Progressive Workout Plan:
 
Specific to where you are in your pregnancy, postpartum, or perimenopause & your fitness experience / level

Custom Programming

We will work closely together to design a fitness program specifically for you based on your needs, goals, and equipment.  This will progress as needed over our coaching time together.

Workout plan delivered via True Coach app 

This is a free app that is desktop and mobile-friendly.  The app will include exercise set/rep instructions, movement descriptions and videos

Monthly Check-in: 

Optional monthly check-in via phone or Zoom.  This check-in is for us to discuss how your program is going and discuss any changes to goals or life circumstances

With the base program, there is no additional coaching that occurs on a daily or weekly basis

Note, you will have access to a monthly check-in with me so we can make updates to your program based on life/goal changes

Investment:

$400 USD paid in full (save $50)

OR choose the payment plan of $150/month for 3 months

Option 2: Programming PLUS

This option is for people who want an expertly designed

training plan PLUS accountability and

coaching every step of the way

After I apply, whats next?

1.Amisha will reach out to you to set up a discovery call to discuss the best way to work together to help you meet your goals 

2. You will receive an invoice & once paid you will be sent a follow-up email with an intake form, important information, and a link to schedule an onboarding call

3. During the onboarding call we will determine your goals, what equipment you have, and a start date.  I will then walk you through how to use the True Coach app and answer any questions you might have. 

4. You will receive your workout program via the True Coach app on the specified start date and you will be ready to go!

Hi, I am Amisha (she/her)!

I am a pregnancy, postpartum & perimenopause exercise specialist who is based in Houston, Texas. I started offering online training programs when I realized that even if people are in my area, we don’t all have the same amount of time in the day, and for some, a program like this allows them to meet their fitness goals even when swamped with daily responsibilities. 

I have been in the fitness industry for over 13 years but it was after I had my daughter 9 years ago that I really noticed all of the gaps that exist around women’s health and fitness.  

This is exactly why I have dedicated so much time and energy to learning how to best support women through major life transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum, and, perimenopause.

It is so common for women to experience pelvic floor dysfunction during exercise however,  there is a lack of collective knowledge on how to support folks who are navigating pelvic health symptoms such as diastasis recti, prolapse, and incontinence.
