Individual personal training sessions for people who are pregnant, postpartum, in perimenopause, and/or experiencing pelvic health symptoms.

Training plans are tailored to fit your level of fitness, goals, and individual considerations. 

This is for people who are trying to navigate;

  • De-loading during pregnancy
  • Building strength and stability postpartum
  • How to use exercise to support the menopause transition
  • Pelvic health symptoms such as stress-induced incontinence, diastasis recti, prolapse or pelvic pain brought on by movement. 

You will gain; confidence in yourself, trust that your body is capable, strategies to fall back onto and a program that is both sustainable and brings you joy.

*It is not necessary to have ever been pregnant or given birth, if you are dealing with any of the above pelvic health symptoms then this training is for you.

Optional monthly check-in via phone or Zoom.  This check-in is for us to discuss how your program is going and discuss any changes to goals or life circumstances

Weekly check-in and video feedback

Every week you will fill out form with feedback on how your workouts are going. You also have the option to submit 1 video per training day.  I will check in and respond every week with a video that will include any corrections for form  or other feedback I have

My job is to meet you where you are and design a program that is sustainable and brings you joy. There are so many considerations when it comes to this season of your life and I am here to help you navigate them all. 

Whether your goals are to comfortably play with your kid, progress back to the gym/your sport, or you are just starting your fitness journey this is for you! I will create a movement plan that supports you exactly where you are.

I will design a custom plan based on your level of fitness, goals, and individual pregnancy/postpartum/pelvic floor considerations. Your program will be available weekly, along with weekly check-ins, through the TrueCoach app. 

Your program will be customized for you based on the time and equipment you have. Every movement will have a video attached along with detailed instructions for navigating the movement, core and pelvic floor concerns, and more! 

A 60-75 minute assessment must be done prior to starting the program (included in the price) so that I have all the information needed to build you a solid plan

Because this is customized to you the price will vary based on your need.
