"I really struggled while pregnant to figure out where the line was between pushing myself and moving my body for the season I was in. Working with Amisha gave me the knowledge to determine which exercises were beneficial to do, which were ones to skip and how to modify those I needed to. We also had great conversations around athlete brain and how to give myself grace in how I approached my workouts and how that changed throughout my pregnancy"

About Amisha:

Hi, I am Amisha (she/her).  I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years but it wasn’t until I had my daughter that I realized all of the gaps that exist in the industry for women but especially, for mothers.

This is exactly why I have dedicated so much time and energy to learning how to best support women through major life transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum, and, perimenopause.  So many women experience pelvic floor dysfunction with exercise however,  there is a lack of collective knowledge on how to support folks who are navigating symptoms such as diastasis recti, prolapse, and incontinence.   If you are experiencing any or all of the above, you are not alone AND you can continue to train, I am here to help you.

Do you feel unsure of how to navigate the season you are in? Are you experiencing symptoms of incontinence, diastasis recti, prolapse, pain etc? Does it feel like no one understands what you are dealing with?

Often women are told they are free to go back to exercise with little to no guidance or education. I offer personalized programming that is tailored specifically with your unique considerations in mind.
